4 Tips For A Happier Healthier Lifestyle

I (Nikki) hope you are having an amazing day today, wherever you are in the world! Today I will be sharing with you my top 4 tips for a happier healthier lifestyle. All of these tips have come from my personal experience and are my own opinion. For me, they are the basic rules of life; you may consider them something different.   1. Stick to eating food that comes from the earth 🍏πŸ₯¦πŸ₯•πŸ₯œπŸ₯©-

This is plain and simple. The food that has been provided for us from this earth is the food we should be eating. This would include things like plants, vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, eggs, legumes, and meat. If your not a meat eater, that’s cool! Stick to other natural sources of protein such as legumes, nuts, seeds, and eggs. Of course, every now and then it is okay to have your favorite fast food meal, or go out for a nice dinner, but for the majority of the time it is clear that if you stick to eating the food the earth has provided it is definitely the healthier option.Β 

  1. Drink enough water, long clear pees πŸ’¦πŸ’§πŸ’¦-

For most people, the majority of our body is water. When we sweat, we loose water. When we pee we loose water. When cry we loose water. Water is so important for our body. We literally cannot survive without it. If you just stick to this little tip that I learned from a friend, it will help you to stay hydrated, enough.

β€œLong clear pees”. When your pee is clear this means you’re hydrated, enough. When your pee is yellow, you need more water. No more do you need 4 or 2 liters or even one glass of water a day. Just drink until your pee is clear.

  1. Move your body daily πŸ§˜πŸΌβ€β™€οΈπŸ‹πŸΌβ€β™‚οΈπŸ€ΎπŸΌβ€β™€οΈβ›ΉπŸΌβ€β™€οΈπŸšΆπŸΌβ€β™‚οΈπŸ’ƒπŸΌ-

Movement is also very important for all of our bodies. 30 minutes to an hour a day of movement (exercise, walking, dancing, weight lifting, yoga) can help an immense amount. It can help your skin become tighter/toner, it can help with relieving aches and pains, it can help with peace of mind, and so much more. If one stays still all day, they are going to feel stiffer the next day. Keep your bodies moving guys!

  1. Sleep at least 7 hours a night πŸ’€πŸ’€πŸ’€-

And sleep! I believe sleep heals. Truly. So much happens in our bodies when we sleep! Just 7-10 hours a night can really help you feel rested, fulfilled, happier, and healthier. If you’re a busy person and sleep isn’t a priority, little catnaps though out the day are great as well. I know I always feel refreshed after a good sleep, even if its only 20 minutes to an hour long.

All of these things (at least for me) contribute to a happier, healthier lifestyle. In the long run, I’m sure they will benefit you too. Apply these 4 tips to your life everyday and let us know how you feel after awhile. We would love to know if they have helped you!
